INFLUENCERS are mourning the looming shutdown of TikTok as they post tearful videos saying goodbye to the beloved app.
The Supreme Court have upheld a law to ban the application if it is not sold in the United States - leaving users devastated.
The ban is set to go into effect on January 19, leaving the platform's future in the hands of the incoming Trump administration.
One popular influencer on the app, Emily Senn, filmed herself crying after hearing the news, saying that she would "never forgive" the US government for its actions against TikTok.

“but it seems to be foolish if anyone is counting on making a living from it.”
There are some personally making $200,000 a year from it. Businesses who advertise there can make millions more a year or even a month from advertising there. It is a huge market outlet. This is a much bigger deal than folks realize...

“I figured most anything with people communicating is can be a target.”
Absolutely, and that is how the government sees it also when they word legislation. So when they say “Social Media” it includes forums like the FR. The definition even includes small personal blogs that allow folks to comment to the blog posts.
Folks have a misconception about that. They think “Social Media” is only sites like Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Etc. So when they hear legislation that uses the term Social Media they think this excludes forums like the FR. Nope, forums are legally Social Media too. They are not immune and will also be affected by that legislation.
If you use a forum then you are using “Social Media”. They are one and the same legally.
What is the difference between tic tok and Instagram? They seem the same except tic tok is owned by China. To film and broadcast one’s teary disappointment of an app closing is pitiful.
“Influencers”
.
The idiots are moving on to another Chinese app, red something or other- and their excuse for not using American apps is “Facebook and Twitter and others were so biased that they can’t be trusted” lol. As if Chinese apps can be trusted?
You forgot what happened to Conservatives using Facebook and Twitter in 2020.
The end of these untrainable skill-less Vermin would save many IQs .
Posting to Tiktok because Tiktok won’t exist. Just wow.
TikTokers = Fukarewe Tribe
Nope not forgetting it, I just find it funny that the young people on tick took think that they are “free” with a red China app that is harvesting their info
So, how long would it take for a small-brained TWOT to kick such an “addiction”?
