I think it will even out in our favor in the long run. Remember, Trump gets at-minimum two more SCOTUS appointments this term. As long as he avoids any Amy Coney Barrett-style nominees, we should be good.
Yes it’s good he won, we have a reprieve but realize a future Admin. can abuse this law. It ALWAYS happens!
Wow, I did not even think about USSC nominations. This means Justice Thomas can retire knowing there is a great chance his replacement will be good...hopefully.
