Libertarianism only works as a nationalistic philosophy. It does not work as an international philosophy, because open borders in a libertarian America would destroy America. The Founding Fathers would not have allowed Tik-Tok from a foreign nation to be used against the American people.
The Chinese believe in total warfare, which means that anything and everything that can be weaponized should be weaponized. Tik-Tok is a weapon from the Chinese government. It may seem like entertainment, and it is. However, it is used to gather data and make Americans waste their time on entertainment instead of being productive.
The only thing that should happen, if Tik-Tok is to survive is to buy it from the Chinese and go through its data like a fine tooth comb to deweaponize it. Otherwise, it should be allowed to perish.
