While I think you are right, be aware of just what the SCOTUS did. They did not rule on this to Free Speech’s detriment, they merely refused to rule. It does have the same effect as approving the legislation, it still leaves the possibility (nay, the PROBABILITY) of taking the legislation back up again in the future.

Not sure though .I think the Feds have a huge victory here and most people are giving them a pass due to the Chinese or foreign “ownership”.
Reality is TikTok will probably sell or re-organize their US division.
