The Inauguration is an especially dangerous setting, if you were intent to take out the Leadership of our Government, at the Inauguration you have the POTUS, VP, Speaker of the House, Senators, Supreme Court Justices, etc. you could take out most if not all of them at one time, it would throw the US into chaos for a period of time.
