Back in the late 70’s - early 80’s, I was feeding horses in -50 windchills in central Indiana. That was climate change you could believe in.
Central Iowa right now is 12 degrees with -5 windchill. Even by today’s wimpy standards, no NWS cold warning until 3 am tonight when windchill gets below -20.
