I’ve been using zolpidem for a few years,, on and off. No problems.
But I don’t like to rely on it.
Reading a good book is sometimes better.

I tried that too, but it got my mind into hyperactive mode, and I wound-up taking a pill, anyway. I’ve tried exercising in the afternoons on long walks w/ my LadyFriend, a glass or two of vino, large meals etc... I’ll keep looking for a way. Thanks for your advice.
