I don't see why not

I wipe down the face with alcohol to clean it for appearance often enough that I figure it covers the germ equation for that surface. The rest is covered by the case which gets the dishwasher.

Up to you, but I have heard wiping down your cell phone with disinfectant wipes can kill the RF radiation cell phone emit that can kill people.
