I have 35 years experience in emergency medicine. I make my own wipes by buying adult paper washcloths from walmart. I open the package and pour in some 91 percent alcohol. I keep a pack handy in the car in case I come in contact with a democrat. I use the wipes to clean contact surfaces when I am out and about. I also keep a small cardboard box in the vehicle to dispose of the used wipes.
My covid routine is daily D3 with K, zinc,and quercetin with bromelain. Haven’t had a flu shot in 15 years (had to bribe the hospital flu shot giver) and can’t remember when I had the flu last.

I had my first, last, and ONLY flu shot in my entire life 39 years ago.
I had the shot in the autumn, and that winter was the last time
I had the flu. I had had the flu a few times before I ever got the shot.
But I have not had it since. I take vitamins & such.

My wife mixes a spray concoction which is mainly vodka with a good scent added. We use it a lot since I recently had an ileostomy which removed my colon. Everything I eat exits my body from a stoma in my stomach. The spray keeps the odor down.
