And also glowing a little too much. You can't distinguish any darting from the shaking of the cell phone, however. It's also out of focus when zoomed in. Could be anything. If it was visible for 45 minutes, why are we seeing only a few seconds of footage?

I don't think anyone wants to sit and watch a white dot for 45 minutes.

It was a local newscast and they did not feel the need to show the whole 45 minutes since it would be the same boring thing, like watching a soccer match.
