Preliminary results show how Pacific Palisades voted in the 2024 general election.

Former President Donald Trump won a second presidential term after defeating Vice President Kamala Harris last Wednesday. The Democratic candidate won all of California’s 54 electoral college votes, while also having a stronghold across LA County (save for a few precincts in the Beverly Hills and Glendale areas), according to data reported by the Los Angeles Times.

Ballots cast in the five voting precincts that largely constitute the Palisades (9005918A, 9005919A, 9005929A, 9001382A, 9007693D) overwhelmingly went to Harris compared with the now President-elect and independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (who threw his support behind the Republican nominee in late August.)

Of the 11,151 votes cast from those precincts, 71.17% went for Harris, while Trump and RFK Jr. received just 27.75% and 1.08% of the Palisadian vote, respectively.

Reagan was once a Two-Term governor of California.

Those days are long gone.

I genuinely thought that Californians had finally had enough and would rebel in the 2024 election.

Instead, they doubled down on suicide and self destruction. I should have known better. Liberals are so committed to their insane progressive luxury beliefs that they just can't change.

80% the leftists in Palisades are pushing what's left of their shattered lives down the sidewalks in grocery carts muttering under their breath blaming global warming, white privilege , toxic masculinity and the bad orange man for their loss.

Hard to feel sorry for them then. I’m sure they’re still too thick headed to realize how wrong they are.

Good point.

Most people are not as politically engaged as political activists or people on this site are.

Most people do not make a connection between voting Democrat and disasters.

Most of these people are not going to have a knee jerk reaction, “gee, I voted Democrat and my house burned down, so I better vote Republican for better management of fire risk”.

It is good to present alternatives to inept leaders such as Karen Bass. Political education of people has to be an ongoing process.

Just think of all those Democrat donors who will no longer be supporting Gavin Newsom for President.

“We should expel California from the Union.”
No not all of California, Just LA, SF, and SD counties.
Rest of the state (excepting Sacramento) is pretty conservative or at least was when I lived there.

Which means that over 1 in 4, of the hundreds of houses destroyed, belonged to a Trump supporter.

Not an insignificant number.

I think B-1 Bob Dornan was Orange County. I remember running into him one time at the Love’s BBQ in Garden Grove. Probably 30 years ago. I called him B-1 Bob and he got a kick out of it.

He was beat by Loretta Sanchez ...Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Anaehim, all down that way. She was so stupid .....the first AOC of our time.

FEMA or any agency distributing federal funds should be banned on such distributions unless the DHS secretary certifies they the jurisdictions are in compliance with immigration and border security laws. If they can’t get this passed then shut down the federal government and close it all down. I am so sick and tired of the lawlessness.

Somebody needs to get the “I Survived Gavin Newsom” and “I Survived Karen Bass” tee shirts into the mix.
