The CNN video at the link shows several CNN panelists criticizing Trump for his past and present comments to Gavin Newsom about the risk of fire in California.

The fact that Trump's comments are true does not seem to concern any of them.

Instead, all they want to do is criticize Trump.

Trump tried to warned Newsom, repeatedly, years ago, about using that water for the fish, as well as about decades of accumulated dead plants that could be fuel for fire. Newsom ignored Trump's warnings.

But all these CNN panelists want to do is criticize Trump.

But that would interfere with their plan to take over the fire-ravaged land and sell it to developers. It sounds crazy but that’s the only thing that makes sense. These state and local officials/politicians are sticking to their instructions, no matter the cost to their reputations or jobs.
