So apparently this home burned down — but in an enclave where most homes (including that of Tom Hanks) were spared. Not sure what the value of the remnant land is now. 😐

Given the sheer amount of marble, terrazo, glass, block and steel in that place, the fire must have reached horrendously hot temperatures.
