Depending on where you work? Actually it would be better to get min. wage. I’ve had some bad tippers.
Also in some places wait staff have to share tips with the buss staff and or cooks. I think that is wrong and I would refuse. They are on full salary so why should they get tips? That is illegal in Kentucky btw, all tips are your own. It should be the law everywhere.
