Well, not really.... he only announced his intention to resign and he’ll remain as Canada’s PM for quite a while yet. There is lots of time between now and when an election takes place...
Exactly it was an intention to resign stall. He’s going nowhere. It reminded me of Iger saying he is stepping down from Disney...in 3 years.
