look at Aunt B’s home page towards the mid bottom....it will explain the crap she went thru since the Alameda fires in 2020 and th Covid crap in California...it’s not for the faint of heart. All the minimum disaster social safety net help systems became nightmares for many who tried to access them, much like what has happened in western NC.
