Any Bible believer could tell you the first humans were vegetarians.
Genesis 4 talks about Abel bringing the fat portions of his flock as an offering to the Lord. So at last as far back as Adam and Eve’s kids, meat eating was a thing. But maybe Adam and Eve were just vegetarians, certainly during the early portion of their lives while in the Garden of Eden.
and any student of the Bible would point out what was commanded be eaten at passover. it wasn’t salad.
“Any Bible believer could tell you the first humans were vegetarians.”
How dare you refer to that antiquated collection of fables?!
(By the way, perfect to use that when discussing something coming from an Israeli University)
Adam and Eve had the Garden of Eden and all, but they were given dominion over all the animals of the earth, and at least one of their kids (the favored one) raised sheep.
Yeah, that lasted about 1 day and then they were eating mutton.
