Yea, maybe those snow plow drivers could work from home?
I don’t see why not.
When I was a kid the snow plows ran all night but that stopped years ago. Now the towns can't afford to pay current drivers because they're paying the retired ones. They can't afford to pay cops to respond to crashed vehicles for people who have no business driving in foul weather.
We're $36 trillion in the hole and there's no need to make it worse.
-Crews digging out fire hydrants
-Electricians responding to no-power calls
-Employees of companies selling supplies such as propane, rock salt, shovels, etc.
-EMTs and Paramedics
-Fire trucks
-Groceries and food stores
-Hospital employees
-HVAC technicians responding to no-heat calls
-Pharmacy employees
-Plumbers responding to emergency calls
-Police
-Snow plows
-Tow trucks
They don't want on the road:
-people driving to work that can wait a day or two
-people driving to work in order to avoid their dysfunctional families at home
-people driving to work because their mentally deficient bosses can't grasp that adding non-essential vehicles to roadways only makes it worse for critical drivers
-people driving to work because their sociopathic bosses don't care that adding non-essential vehicles to roadways makes it worse for critical drivers
Hey, combine a snow plow with a roomba and the drivers could sit at home in their abominable snowman furry house shoes.
