The NY Post usually does a good job reporting the news. And they’ll often cover stories that the mainstream media won’t touch. That’s a real public service.
But unfortunately the Post also has a tabloid mentality. They love sensational and dramatic headlines. In that way they’re like the UK papers.
The Post IS a UK (or, at least I think, a Murdoch) paper with many stories and topics shared with the UK Daily Mail.
Brit papers have better, more wide-ranging reports on the US and foreign affairs though many with other tabloid stuff.
