Unfortunately, if a cancer is present but the screening is delayed, the cancer has time to grow. A delay of two years gives the cancer a LOT of time to grow. Thus, a cancer that might have been found at stage 1 in 2020 would have time to reach stage 3 or 4 after a delay in screening leads to its diagnosis in 2022.
'note: That's the cover story -it's not accurate. While some delays in diagnosis occured, it doesn't explain the increase of cancer in lower risk groups after 'vaccine' administration began.
This is not “turbo cancer” as professional antivaxxers love to claim. This is a cancer that was not diagnosed in time because the pandemic diverted so many medical resources to care of Covid patients that other people simply did not receive care.
'note: This is 'turbo cancer' according to treating physicians and researchers. Early on, a pathology lab owner was astounded at the increase in cervical cancer among the young upon 'vax' rollout. Many times the normal amount - no - it's not diagnosis/treatment delay.
As for other people claiming disabilities—I doubt that very many of them at all are related to vaccination.

The vaccine that was associated with (exceedingly rare) blood clots had its FDA approval rescinded at least two years ago.

And Guillain-Barré syndrome is so rare following vaccination that I doubt more than a few came down with that. It is far more likely for people trying to get disability for complications of Covid. Long Covid is no joke.

Still, Guillain-Barre syndrome was most often reported following 'Covid' vaccinations, followed by the vax for influenza, according to the following data in VAERS. This was only counted if the physician took the time to write in that diagnosis, whereas other symptoms post vax were in drop down menus.
'CIt's actually worse than it seems because people often get more than one vax at a time. So just looking at 'vaccines' after Jan 0f 2021, we can see what is more likely a truer picture of the instance of the syndrome written in by hand reported after Covid 'vaccination'.
Nothing you said is true about the safety of the vax or the people reporting harm, and yet you're still saying it after the research escaped the gatekeepers.
