Pwaulyev?
If you want to learn how to say French names properly, just speak those names with your mouth filled with marbles and you’ll be pretty close.
Paul Revere
Poi livery
Polyev
Sounds like polly-ever.
However they pronounce it there, it will get mangled down here. Like how Brett Favre became Brett Farve.
*
FWIW; in French
poil = hair
and
lièvre = hare.
I’m guessing Polly ever.
Or Polly ever eh.
This is why I like Poilievre. This is how you handle Liberal journalists.

Polly-ev, though a French name, is an Alberta native, born and bred there. Alberta is like our American west, politically and otherwise. Don’t let his French name fool you.
Trudeau may be gone, but given Canada’s parliamentary system,I fear the Liberals may stay in power.
I took a course in how to pronounce hockey goalie names in college.
Interesting guy in that Poilievre is not French Canadian, he is ethnically Irish.
Don’t they teach French in high school anymore?
No negotiations for anything with Canada until after their elections.
Either they call their elections early or every single thing gets held up.
I’ve met a few leftist politicians.. even had a sit down with Joe Lieberman.
What Pierre experienced there is very common. Hope didn’t want anything to do with him at all because he was not in any path to ascension or profit. I watched Pierre introduce himself with respect to both himself and Joe.. and Joe moved on with such a disgust that he made it clear he didn’t care.
What i saw there was very typical of how these elitist madmen think and operate.
On a related theme, Pierre’s wife Anaida really stands out and is a serious asset to her husband... very well spoken, quite lovely, always in good spirits and it always comes across that she and her husband are deeply and madly in love with each other.
