When is a peaceful transition of power no longer peaceful?

There are more signs of a war than just guns going off.

The “peaceful transition of power” between an outgoing administration and a democratically elected incoming government is considered the hallmark of the American Republic. But is the “Shining Beacon on the Hill” not shining so brightly of late?

Since Trump was declared winner of the 2024 presidential election, we’ve witnessed many moves by the Biden administration to hamper President Trump’s agenda. Additionally, awards and pardons have been issued to those most vociferous or instrumental in blocking Trump over the past ten years. Are these the actions of a government handing over power peacefully? Or is all of it a declaration affirming the continuation of a potentially deadly war against President Trump? If the latter, then the transition of power that the United States has known since its inception is no longer peaceful.

Some of the “peaceful transition” actions taken by Biden include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Executive orders and administrative actions banning (perhaps permanently) new offshore oil and gas development to counter fossil fuel extraction and hamper Trump’s energy independence promise.

- Bills that would give Congress control over the border, limiting the incoming president’s traditional power of executive action on immigration policy.

- Last-minute funding of the Ukraine War, potentially to weaken Trump’s negotiating power in his declared quest for peace.

- Attempting to sell the border wall materials before the new administration takes office, which would delay Trump’s promise to complete the wall and secure the border, at the same time facilitating illegal border crossings to beef up the illegal alien presence and make deportation that much more difficult.

- Changes made to the H-1B visa rules, effective on January 17, to thwart Trump’s ability to stop visa abuse.

I hope that conservative state AGs can look into Biden regime violations of state law and go after the treasonous traitors.

Awarding those medals was designed to be exactly what it appears: a slap in the face of Americans who are sick of this administration, its lackeys, and its puppet masters.

A good counter for that is not only should Trump pardon and release the J6 political prisoners (less the FIB plants), but also give every last one of them a Presidential Medal of Freedom, and make a huge spectacle of it as well. “Like our forefathers, these individuals stood in the face of what they felt was a tyrannical government, and paid a sacrifice for attempting to speak truth to power. It’s the very definition of a patriot.”

Sure, until you realize the American taxpayer was charged $500 per replacement keyboard.

see Marbury v. Madison (1803)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marbury_v._Madison

The case originated in early 1801 and stemmed from the rivalry between outgoing President John Adams and incoming President Thomas Jefferson. Adams, a member of the Federalist Party, had lost the U.S. presidential election of 1800 to Jefferson, who led the Democratic-Republican Party. In March 1801, just two days before his term as president ended, Adams appointed several dozen Federalist Party supporters to new circuit judge and justice of the peace positions in an attempt to frustrate Jefferson and the Democratic-Republicans.

The outgoing U.S. Senate quickly confirmed Adams’s appointments, but outgoing Secretary of State John Marshall was unable to deliver all of the new judges’ commissions before Adams’s departure and Jefferson’s inauguration. Jefferson believed the undelivered commissions were void and instructed his Secretary of State, James Madison, not to deliver them.

Are we are unable to see, or unwilling to admit, that the transfer of power before our eyes is anything but peaceful?

Of course it is anything but peaceful. The party that is losing its control of the executive branch, along with the bicameral legislative branch, is the party that brought you 'crossfire hurricane', threatened the Supreme Court over Obamacare, abortion, and other issues, threatened to stack the Supreme Court, and has been trying to impeach conservative Supreme Court justices.

This is the party that corrupted the Department of Justice - using it to go after its enemies and political competitors, using it to persecute people who were exercising their right to peaceful protest and who were encouraged to go into the US Capitol on January 6th by embedded operatives. This is the party that lionized a federal police officer who shot and killed a young woman, a mother, who had served her nation in the military. The full expanse of transgressions by this rouge DOJ is only partially known, but would make the persecutors in the USSR proud - or envious.

This is the party that lied to the American people and the rest of the world about the fitness of Biden, their man in the White House. They used him as a de facto figurehead who they propped up and marched out while they played covert games behind the scenes.

This post could go on and on and on, but we all know who and what the party losing power is. Thank God we have the opportunity to save our nation.
