‘m in central Maryland. They’ve been using that worn out excuse of not having enough plows for decades.

Drive up I-95 in a few hours and you’ll see multiple plows staged at ever turnaround.

Cities in general are tough because there’s nowhere to move the snow.

Exactly—and DC has incredibly narrow residential streets—and a lot of residents who have nowhere to put their cars except on the street—and many will ignore street parking bans.
