It was eye opening yesterday. Vikings and Lions went into the game with 14-2 records. The Vikings managed only 9 points, and that was on field goals. Their defense was absent as the Lions running back scored 4 touchdowns, three rushing and 1 receiving. In that situation, even Rogers could not have done anything substantial. The offensive coordinator for the Vikings was hopelessly lost. This was a playoff wakeup call for the Vikings. The game highlighted the weakness of the Vikings defense and the ineptness of the offense.
