Elon Musk has officially filed an $80 million lawsuit against Whoopi Goldberg and the hosts of “The View,” claiming defamation and intentional misinformation.
This legal move stems from remarks made by Goldberg suggesting Musk and JD Vance were conspiring to manipulate government control if former President Donald Trump were removed from office.
Where’s the part when she breaks down? I watched the first
two videos and didn’t see it. I don’t want to spend 21 tminutes on the last video.
I believe strictly speaking the headline refers only to the first video and I don’t believe I saw her break down in that. Did you open yourself to a suit for misinformation or click baiting or elder abuse?
The problem with people like those on The View is, they aren’t intelligent enough to moderate their speech when that speech could create liability. Their world view is out of step with what the majority sees and they can’t see or comprehend other’s views. Theirs is a monochromatic, two dimensional world. Several times in my career I urged management to fire similar employees because they are dangerous to others. In several cases those employees were eventually fired, but only after they did substantial damage.
I scanned through both vids. Never saw her breaking down. Is there a time stamp of where that happens? Thanks.
