It means precisely what glaciers melting, glaciers forming, more tornadoes, and less tornadoes mean for “Climate Change”...every aberration or discovery only proves the a priori assumption.

This doesn't put the Big Bang theory into question, since there is still irrefutable evidence that the universe is expanding. But there are aspects or variations of that theory which are in question now; in this case the role of dark matter in shaping the early universe.
