“Our daughter in Belarus makes amazing borsch. When she made it for us here she was amazed you could buy beef broth in a carton. There she has to roast the beef bones and then make the broth and then the soup. About 3 days work.”
Since I always use left over pot roast and canned beets, that is an additional time savings. Makes it an easy meal for us!
