They shut down the canal for three days to? I never seen that Canal shut down. They have back up pumps and everything to make sure it's always flowing. They're up to some kind of shenanigan.
To be clear Trump is talking about stopping the flow of water to save the pond smelt in the delta and sending down that canal to LA CA. Saving the smelt was a scam.

I hope Trump is aware they turned the canal pumps on not divert the delta?
