The lack of accountability goes all the way down to the bottom of the government workers. If there had been accountability, they wouldn’t all be crying about having to go into the office. The problem is they work from home and have no accountability for their job. It’s all meetings and paper pushing with no deliverables.
That sounds like about 95% of the real estate industry, easily solved utilizing blockchain, but then we wouldn’t need so many lawyers, title companies, etc. and all those paper pushers might collapse the economy. Interestingly, the REALTOR association seems to be comprised of mostly Dems. Quite the exodus from it has been occurring, and for very good reason. I’m waiting for the light to be shined on it a little more brightly.
