All I can think of from that picture is “red right returning” - red buoys to the right when returning from sea.
Also, that ship is heading towards me, but I don’t know what that extra green light up high is for. Regardless, I’m in front of it and I’m certain that it isn’t as maneuverable as I am, assuming I’m in my small previously owned boat (hole in water in which money is poured).
I’m used to seeing small watercraft. Like mostly those that have one light at the front shining through a 2-colored light which would put that red/green very close together.
