In his Inaugural Address, Trump said he was invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, and that he is sending troops to enforce the border, and otherwise assist with this operation.

None of the MSM seemed to pick up the nuances of WTH is happening.

Trump also said he is declaring the cartels as foreign terrorist organizations. We already know the cartels operate all across the USA.
