They’ll find out that in reality 5 really good people can do the work of 15. In the software industry we found this out 20 years ago. Such is my industry. I’m still looking for a new job after my last contract expired. It’s hard at 60 years old. Ageism is real. I just want to retire.

I know that is true. Where my wife and I worked years ago for the Fedgov certain people were given the critical workloads and assignments, the rest just goofed off and attended meetings - guess who had the highest pay grades.
When the telework started the hard workers were not allowed to telework, surprise, surprise.
Guess I had an axe to grind and now gloating a bit over how Trump is directing his people to at least make them git their asses out of bed in the morning. lol.
