So, are you saying that they can pardon without even saying what they are pardoning for? Like I issue a pardon for, say, Ransomnote and don’t state the crime for which I’m pardoning her, that’s still an acceptable pardon?

Ford did it for Nixon, so there is precedent.

But was it precident because it was challenged and determined in the courts, or did they just decide to let it be - the left loves to let things go that they will try to use in the future. Which is now.
