One of the bigger problems is that when you consider the potential for 2,000 terrorists to kill X number of people it becomes an even worse deal especially when Trump could have applied pressure on three countries and got our hostages back without ever giving up the first terror type.
Problem was bidens handlers wanted to claim that the biden adm. brought the hostages home. Then ignore all the rest of the mayhem that the terrible deal that brought the world.

Look to it also though as to being an attempt to get the incoming administration to do, say, or act upon something that is outside the scope of their lawful authority BEFORE official entry to office.

As it is near universally accepted that Biden is/was not competent in judgement, going back to the statement that it was unreasonable to investigate/prosecute him for his classified material handling due to mental capacity, I think it will be a fairly easy task to demonstrate that the last-minute pardons are actually fraudulent from direct involvement of the affected parties.
