Okay, they said it seems like it might break up the construction continuity (e.g., roofline, etc.) and overclock the structures currently planned to provide inauguration turn-buckle support to Day One. Depending on what happens on Day One, might disrupt a few load bearing walls....but it's still a good idea worth exploring, so I will get a second opinion from 51 retired engineers. :D

Okay so I heard back from the 51 retired thread engineers. Everyone loved the idea, but the concerns about 'turn-buckle support' turned out to be bigger than we imagined. Plus, if we poured the flooring tonight, it would still have the consistency of pistachio pudding at a proposed morning thread launch.
Love the idea though! Wish I could make it happen. I love the way you think.

There’s too much buildup to the event in this thread, plus some priceless posts by people who have been silent for so long. Let’s see this through on THIS thread, one that will live on as the famous January 2025 Inauguration thread.
