The “US is a corporation” is sovereign citizen/ state citizen/ American state national teachings; tread carefully .
Gen. Flynn said a year or (? two) ago when directly asked if the US is a corporation something like this, I heard it: “By God the US is a Constitutional Republic”. Wish I could find.
