I've been touring a handful of state DOJ Attorney General websites. In some, the sentences seem light and the arrests seem a bit cosmetic. Then, I reached the Northern District of Texas DOJ press releases, where it's not unusual for babysitters, theology professors and others to receive sentences of 30 to 60 years for sexually abusing very young children. Sad to read of warped attacks taking place (Janitor used AI to put school children's faces on the bodies of adults in porn), but heartening to see it being properly addressed.Although I only toured regions of a few states, I came across approx 5 separate US Attorney resignations - all Biden appointees, all effective Jan 19 midnight or Jan 20, @ 11:59 am.
