This so-called "training" operation took place in downtown LA in 2019. Residents were told the loud booms and gunfire they heard was simulated. The operation was run out of the Port of Los Angeles near Terminal Island
These black helicopters are from the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Army/Airborne) unit that provides helicopter support for special operations forces. The 160th SOAR is also known as the "Night Stalkers" because of their proficiency in nighttime operations.
If you have additional video and/or information please share. I remember there being a video that enhanced four of the soldiers carrying something they had retrieved from one of the buildings, I just can't locate it at the moment.
