Let that stand as an epitaph for the Joe B DoJ, its corruption and numerous failures. Such an act is considered 'unethical' at least and perhaps criminal. Besides, Jack Smith has been ruled to have no standing and therefore no official access to the courts.
Beyond a doubt, this is a move by a stained DoJ for a last ditch effort to discredit Donald Trump - with investigative material not presented in evidence at trial. Remember all those times the Attorney General declared that they cannot address a matter because it is the subject of an ongoing investigation?
