The FBI just conducted a call with House and Senate Homeland Security Committees, which had three big takeaways:
1 - Shamsud Din Jabbar was inspired by ISIS, but not directed by them.
2 - There was zero intel on Jabbar before the attack.
3 - They now believe he acted alone.
So what about Vegas? Just a coincidence?!

This silverback was out bragging on the N.O.P.D. telling the reporter that her boys stopped the murdering terrorist psycho in 3 blocks preventing the attack from continuing on for 6 blocks, thus saving an untold amount of lives.
Kudos to the first responders for engaging and eliminating the demonic monster. Credit is to be given where credit is due. A true courage under fire scenario.
However, the cold blooded killer drove into a scissor or telescopic lift, stopping the vehicle more or less, at the point of impact. A static object actually stopped the vehicle, or the death count would have been horrifically higher.
I’m also thinking that the use of large construction or transportation vehicles to block off streets and alleys, or to create other safe spaces for pedestrians, will be thought of and used in the future, in the absence of bollards, as in what is routinely done in other large cities across America, especially the way it’s done in NYC.
The N.O.P.D. Chief’s briefing, reminds me of the way the USSS Director(s) told the public what a swell job the USSS agents did in Butler, PA. Not so much actually.
