I’m wondering ... if they get rid of the lesbian fire chief, would it be better to have a transgender instead? And if trans is better, would a man who’s become a woman be better qualified than a woman who’s become a man? That’s not very diversified so maybe one of the other letters would be better qualified to consider. It’s hard to see how these DEI types can make such decisions under such scrutiny.
