After I get done with the “serious” movie(s) of what’s happened in the past 6+ years of my life, I’ve also been keeping an eye out for the blooper reels that will probably get interspersed in. There’s definitely a wide range of animals that could get shown instead of actual characters...

Don’t test me on this, but reportedly POTUS 47 can shove in his serious picks through the Budget Reconciliation Act, because #1) it makes no sense to me and #2) I’ve no idea where I read that statement weeks ago, or to bring you a source, But #3) you know how there are things heard, only one time, immediately disappeared, reported nowhere else, dropped into file no.13 and then... Boom.. it rises like a phoenix and becomes foundational? Just sayin’.

-—an old school, conventional, (most likely from here) machine shop? Guard that like it’s your last beer. Hammer on the Mom to make the point. Install locks, etc. , if you have to. Most likely some non-replaceable stuff in there and even if you don’t need if for a bizness it’s a great base to build around. The smaller stuff is highly stealable so you gotta secure it.
I was able to round up most of my Dad’s blacksmith stuff altho a few things got away. I’ve saved a space in the yard to build an old school shop to mount it in. It all deserves a home. Way, WAY back, before WW I, my Dad and one brother made their first bucks by salvaging axles from wrecked cars, forging the high carbon steel into hammers, and pedaling them to neighbors. I don’ need any more hammers but just want to maintain the art and capability-——in case?
What? You don’t have a 90 degree drill? Get a grip man. You’re barely half dressed. It’s not whether you actually need to drill a hole——It’s being able to drill one. Good bleeping thing nobody hardly ever asks me what my tools are for?
I ain’t thru yet: Once, in a time long ago, in a place far away, someone asked me why I needed a new tool. That conversation hasn’t been had again in over half a century. I moved my shop once, some decades ago, and the freight bill was for about a quarter million pounds. Not happening again.

What I posted late last night was what looked like a canyon or a rift in the corona, the superheated atmosphere of the sun.
That caption has been updated to: "Solar wind flowing from this coronal hole could reach Earth on Jan. 18-19."
CMEs are something to worry about, solar wind not as much so NO emergency. I also thought I had missed the moon passing in front of Mars, but that is tonight. (See what happens when I post late!)
