The recording seems very clear. Before landing, the DEI was told to NOT CROSS the parallel runway and the DEI correctly read back the instruction. Then the plane proceeded to almost cross the runway. Ground control wasn’t involved, nor were there any mistakes by the non-DEI tower controllers.

I didn't go THAT far back-I think the link brought me in after that admonition. I tried going back, but just couldn't navigate to the correct area in the video. Thanks for that info.
