When I moved into my North Fort Worth neighborhood 13 years ago African American, White, non-Hispanic, and a few Hispanics lived there. Fast forward 13 years and now it is about 40 percent Indian/ Pakistan families to 30 percent White, non-Hispanic, families and a few Hispanic and African American families. There are at least 3 generations here from each Indian family. Unfortunately, none of them seem to know how to do yard work.,
If anyone was paying attention during the Republican primaries, they would have heard Vivek say he wanted to increase visas for people from India. That turned me off completely from Vivek.
I live in an apartment community. At first, they would take their trash to dumpsters and just leave it on the ground, spilling out everywhere. Then, when the community implemented an at-your-door valet system (which we all must pay for) they’d overstuff their bags in their bins which leaves an Edward Hopper painting of grease and goo in the breezeways every time the valets take it away.
I still carry out my own trash, put it in the dumpster, and don’t spill anything.
They are so “smart,” so “high-tech,” and so “hard-working” they can’t be bothered to clean up their after themselves.
