The Zelensky team and the Biden Administration seem determined to provoke the Russians and do as much senseless destruction as they can before Trump takes office and daddy takes the T-Bird away.
The Biden/Zelensky strategy seems to be to generate as much carnage, anger and ill will as possible before Trump takes office to make a negotiated settlement as difficult and unpopular as possible and to saddle Trump with as big of a humanitarian disaster in post war Ukraine as they can engineer in the next month.
Zelensky knew exactly what he he was doing with the Grozny drone attack and got exactly the Russian response he and his Biden/NATO minders bargained for - a nice Christmas attack on his own country that destroys even more Ukrainian infrastructure for no good purpose.
Zelensky seems to be adopting the Hamas Pallywood strategy of provoking attacks against civilian targets to provide propaganda talking points of atrocities against civilians .
