The Dumbass put the whole case in jeopardy
By the way, interesting thread and 13 million views. Lots of folks saying he's a patsy/little evidence, etc.

Yep, heard some lawyers talking about that today. They said the whole case is in peril.

Maybe Bragg is overcharging on purpose, so it can look as though he’s fighting crime, when in fact, he may have agreed to let this rich client walk away.
Don’t ask me why. Something to do with getting money.

Luckiest lawyer in history. No way 12 New Yuck jurors vote to convict. None.

Our judicial system is a joke. Leon Czolgosz shot President William McKinley on Sept. 6, 1901. McKinley died 8 days later. Czolgosz went on trial 9 days after that (Sept 23). The trial lasted 2 days, the jury convicted him after 30 minutes of deliberations, and Czolgosz was executed by electric chair on October 29, 1901 - a mere 53 days after the shooting.
The murder by Mangione was on video, with apparently lots of corroborating evidence. He should be convicted by the end of January at the latest. Want a bet the trial won't even begin by the summer?

Setting up an “O.J” type “convicted before trial”, prejudice, defense.

Let him die. He should be hanged in Times Square with an Italian playing the accordion for entertainment.

Did anyone here notice that SHE & The defendant were ‘dressed alike’ in white shirts & red sweaters???
Making her look like she is “SUPER-SUPPORTIVE” of her client?

If the state case fails the Fed case comes to bat. The Feds can death penalty this guy. If the Fed case proceeded ahead of the state and failed, that’s it, a state case would then be double jeopardy. Bunch of convoluted crap.
