I’m not concerned about you. I also don’t get to eat the finest of dinners, because of the money that is left over for me after paying for the healthcare of liberals.
You live well, because you use other people’s money to live well. That’s how you get your healthcare paid for. You don’t pay for the entire healthcare load yourself and you certainly aren’t paying for other people because you use people to pay for yourself. It’s math again, darnit.
Socialist medicine is also a short cut to solving a problem. If we had chosen, instead, to design a system that funds itself and was volunteer to join, you’d have all that healthcare that you could want and do it right.
The job of the youth is to build their own lives, so they can buy homes and have children and get their education and build businesses, etc. When we force them to divert resources to us, for our old age and infirmity, we hurt them. We also end up also draining society of its future.
There is no shortcut to this. That’s why socialist medicine doesn’t work or work out in the end. You have to feed society with replacements for society to survive. Socialism, in all its forms, predates upon society until there is nothing left.
