Pretty sad.
Arizonans are people who like to think they act in good faith and Prop 139 makes a big deal out of acting in “good faith” decision making .
The problem is that the abortion zealots do not act in good faith - they use it as tool to facilitate unrestricted abortion.
One of my associates was heavily involved in drafting and passing Prop 139 and i can honestly say that these people are true abortion zealots who disingenuously used what on the surface seems to be very reasonable language knowing full well that in practice at the boots on the ground abortion provider level the legal verbiage allows for unrestricted abortions and infanticide after birth .
It's also kind of evil how they put in legal protections for those committing infanticide and the ability to prosecute anyone who tries to intervene.
I think we all know exactly how Gov Katie Hobbs and Attorney General Kirs Mayes are going to interpret and enforce this constitutional amendment. .
Katie Hobbs is stupid, and will do whatever her advisors tell her!
Pro-life Arizonans need to stage an uprising!
