Egypt shares a border with Gaza but doesn’t want to use the Rafah crossing - they have been delivering aid into Israel for transport to Gaza via Israeli crossing points. Something else is causing the hiccup. Maybe Israel did stall or reject but there must be a reason. Israel has been delivering 1000s of trucks of aid and have allowed Egyptian and Jordanian air drops. It’s reported that there are something in the range of 850 or so trailer loads of aid sitting there that the Gazans and the NGOs have been unable to pick up and distribute.
