More likely explanation - they got Covid and didn’t know it and survived because they weren’t killed by doctors.
The ‘better’ the medical care, the higher the casualty rate.

That doesn’t solve any mystery... the point is whether they were infected by the virus or by the vaccine, the spike cells are still there long after the contagion is gone.
